About Me
Hi, I'm Noam. I'm a Seattle-based career coach for people in tech who are navigating change and want to move forward with clarity and intention. After 20 years in the tech industry, most recently leading multi-team software organizations at Indeed, I now help leaders and individual contributors decide what comes next.
I work with people who find themselves at a crossroads. You might be navigating major changes at work, questioning whether your current path still fits, or stepping into new responsibilities and wanting to grow into them well. Coaching gives you space to step back, reflect, and make deliberate choices rather than reactive ones.
As an engineering manager, my job was much more than shipping software; the most important part was ensuring people were seen, valued, and elevated. I helped people chart their growth path, learn new skills, and make better decisions. I coached several engineers to senior- and principal-level promotions. With my experience hiring and interviewing, I enabled dozens of technologists to land new jobs where they thrived. As a coach, I bring that same supportive, goal-oriented perspective to our work together.
My coaching approach is grounded in listening, reflection, and practical guidance. Together, we'll explore your career story and how you understand your experiences. We'll challenge faulty assumptions, uncover blind spots, and create deliberate next steps. Our work gives you dedicated space to focus on you: your goals, your concerns, and your direction. Whatever crossroads you're facing, I'm here to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and intention.
